Shipping:  We ship within 7 days after payment has been cleared.

*Items will shipped to address listed on your paypal account, please make sure yours is correct before making payment.

Payment:  Ivory + arrow only accepts paypal payments at this time.

Refund Policy:  Due to the custom nature of these products refunds will not be issued.

*Any order that was shipped but was not received will not be offered a refund.
